北京卫星制造厂科技园不仅是我国第一颗人造卫星“东方红一号”的诞生地，更是一个充满航天工业文化与历史底蕴的地方。经过一年的精心运营，现已成为集工业厂房、主题展馆、科技产业、商业服务于一体的特色街区。通过一年来的奋斗与成长，12月22日，北京卫星制造厂科技园正式迎来商业开街一周年庆典活动。

“北京卫星制造厂科技园打造的文商旅特色街区，是中关村街道的一大亮点。在这里，辖区的居民和企业员工，可以尽情地享受休闲的时光，品尝美食的盛宴，感受文化的熏陶。过去这一年，中关村街道和园区携手并进，每一场活动都吸引了辖区众多居民的参与，卫星制造厂科技园已经成为了辖区居民和企业心中不可或缺的休闲娱乐场所和网红打卡圣地。”中关村街道办事处副主任黄宇玲说。

据了解，街区内目前已入驻32家商业品牌，包括北京首店18家、区域首店11家，均为非标主理人特色品牌，一年来，各家店铺“百花齐放”用心经营，并在一周年期间将“门前”悉心装扮，还推出了一系列优惠活动，让整个街区都充满喜庆欢乐的氛围。
