近日，内蒙古巴彦淖尔市五原县公安局成功破获一起制毒案，抓获犯罪嫌疑人3名，缴获毒品咖啡因550余千克以及搅拌机、原材料、半成品等制毒工具若干。

7月5日，民警获悉，辖区居民王某、车某、刘某某有制造毒品重大嫌疑，并发现三人将疑似制造毒品的原材料放在五原县刘某某家中。经调查，三人常往来于城区和城郊之间，购买物品大多是制毒所用工具，推断出三人自行生产制造毒品。

7月11日下午，民警发现车某前往刘某某家中且未离开过。民警判断，该平房疑似制毒窝点，二人可能在此生产制造毒品咖啡因。随后，民警当场将车某、刘某某抓获，并查获咖啡因543770克、苯甲酸钠16090克、氢氧化钠140瓶及大量制毒工具、制毒原料和毒品半成品。

另一组民警在五原县隆兴昌镇将驾驶车辆的王某逼停，并抓捕归案，在王某家中查获毒品咖啡因14345克。
经过询问，王某、车某、刘某某三人对自己制造毒品咖啡因的犯罪事实供认不讳。目前，案件正在进一步侦办中。
