根据国家教育统一考试工作部际联席会议统一部署，2025年以来，全国公安机关会同教育等部门对各类涉考违法犯罪活动继续保持高压严打态势，依法严惩涉考违法犯罪行为，为广大考生营造安全、公平的考试环境。高考前夕，各地公安机关已陆续侦破一批组织考试作弊案件和涉考诈骗案件。

郑重提醒广大考生，严格遵守考规考纪，切勿携带手机等任何电子设备进入考点考场，主动配合考点考场安检，诚信应考。依据《国家教育考试违规处理办法》，对在国家教育考试中作弊的考生，教育部门可作出取消成绩、暂停考试、延迟毕业等处理。

依据《中华人民共和国刑法》，在高考中组织作弊的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处罚金；情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金；代替考生考试，出售、使用无线作弊器材等行为，涉嫌组织考试作弊罪，代替考试罪，非法生产、销售、使用窃听窃照专用器材罪，非法经营罪和扰乱无线电通讯管理秩序罪等罪名，将承担刑事责任。
