6月3日，有网友在社交平台称，自己27岁的姐姐在海南三亚旅游期间疑似被蛇咬伤，于1日晚在三亚市中心医院与三亚市四二五医院接力救治，因抢救无效不幸去世。
3日晚，“三亚市卫生健康委员会”发布情况通报。全文如下：
2025年6月2日，一游客在三亚被不明物咬伤，自行前往医院就诊，先后经三亚中心医院和某战区医院救治无效后死亡。我们对患者不幸逝世深感悲痛，对逝者家属表示诚挚的慰问。现将有关情况通报如下：
2025年6月2日凌晨零时许游客付淇某某步行回酒店途中被不明物咬伤并流血，回酒店简单消毒并处理伤口后，打的士于01:05到达三亚中心医院，自述因“不明生物咬伤后恶心呕吐右下肢麻木1小时”来院就诊，后转至某战区医院，经抢救无效死亡。
三亚市卫生健康委员会第一时间成立调查组，于2025年6月3日凌晨02:26组织三亚中心医院、某战区医院相关负责人及市应急、公安、旅文等部门与患者家属当面进行了沟通交流。目前，调查组已将涉及的两家医院相关病历资料进行封存，并联合省级专家组正加紧开展调查处理和逝者善后、家属安抚等工作。

缓步撤离
应尽量保持冷静，第一时间缓步离开现场，快跑会加快毒素扩散。
记住特征
尽量看清蛇的外观，包括蛇形、舌头、花纹、颜色，最好可以拍照，以便医生快速制定针对性治疗方案。

毒蛇的咬痕一般表现为1-4个出血点，多数情况为2个；无毒蛇为两排细小牙痕。

及时取下配饰
去除患肢的手镯、戒指、鞋子等受限物，防止肿胀加重后导致进一步伤害。
固定并清理伤口
可先用木棒或板子充当夹板，将其贴靠咬伤部位周围，再用布条等系在夹板上、中、下三个位置，确保其固定。
伤口处请勿直接用水清洗，应使用浸湿的干净布料轻轻擦拭伤口，去除污渍。清理干净后，再用另一块干净的布覆盖伤口，等待救援。
外出防蛇指南
●野外游玩时，应尽量穿着长袖长裤、高帮鞋子，并将裤脚绑紧，避免皮肤裸露在外。
●不要进入无人打理的茂密山林，更不要轻易翻动草丛、石块或洞穴。
●丛林中穿行时，可使用棍子左右敲击，蛇听到响动会提前离开，避免因无意踩到蛇而招来它的攻击。
●有刺激性气味的物质能够有效驱赶蛇类，户外游玩时，可在四肢处涂抹硫磺软膏或喷洒风油精。
