my supervisor gave me a piece of feedback that I seemed care so much about whether my 'clients' like me or not.
I did not notice this but some of my behaviours were very seeming to entertain them .
I was actually quite shocked when I received the information .
The point of my supervisor was I should consider responsibility first , but not trying to playing some 'tricks' .
It looks like that I have the firm belief to ' solve ' people first , and then things .
But in other terms , isn't my intention to meet my supervisor's demands and thereby satisfying her just another way to conduct this firm belief ?
