天寒地冻冷到抖

河流冰封，土壤冻结

北方冷空气不断南下

天地万物，一片寂寥

在严寒气息下

春意也在渐渐萌发

南方过冬的大雁

就要扇动翅膀起飞归乡

万物冬藏

小寒也是食补御寒时

羊肉汤、煮菜饭

糯米饭、腊八粥
