【海淀区气象台6月14日11时天气快报】受偏南气流和低涡共同影响，14日7时30分左右海淀区开始出现雷阵雨。截至目前全区平均降水量16.9毫米，排名前三为西土城37.2毫米、二里庄32.2毫米、五棵松29.7毫米，近一小时（10-11时）最大小时雨强10.2毫米（二里庄）。目前我区降雨再次增大，预计将持续至前半夜，累计降水量20～40毫米，西部北部街镇可达40～60毫米，最大小时雨强30毫米左右。目前我区雷电蓝色、暴雨蓝色预警中，请相关部门及各街镇注意防范。我们将密切关注天气变化，及时报告最新天气情况。

为应对本次降雨过程
区水务局提前整合调度抢险力量
形成统一指挥、协同作战的抢险合力
据了解，区水务局对关键的抢险装备如排水泵、发电机、冲锋舟等，以及运输车辆进行了全面的检修保养。防汛物资仓库内，砂石料、防水麻袋、救生圈、救生衣等应急物资也已足量补充到位，确保状态完好、随时可用。“所有设备都完成了保养和试运行，发电机油量充足，水泵接口完好，冲锋舟充气正常。我们抢险队也定期进行演练，熟悉各种险情的处置流程。雨情就是命令，只要警报一响，我们保证第一时间拉得出、顶得上、打得赢。”防汛抢险八分队队长已快速到达值守点位，设备设施已就位。

据了解，区水务局入汛前全面铺开、扎实推进各项防汛备汛工作。通过深入开展隐患排查、强化监测预警、充实抢险力量、完善应急预案四大举措，全力织密汛期安全防护网，确保安全度汛。提前组织精干力量，对雨水管线系统进行了拉网式排查与彻底清掏，同时对雨污混接错接、私排污水入雨水管网等违法违规行为进行了专项执法检查。据统计，全区累计排查各类雨水设施总长达2180公里，涵盖公共雨水设施1600公里、专用雨水设施420公里、农村雨水设施110公里以及道路边沟50公里，有效保障了城市排水“大动脉”的畅通。
为确保监测数据“测得准、传得快、报得及时”，区水务局组织专业技术团队，对遍布全区的重要水文监测站点和设备进行了全面的巡查检修和维护保养。本次检修覆盖了104个雨量站、136处电子水尺，以及分布在25条中小河道、6条山洪主沟道、5座蓄水池的关键监测设备。“这些设备就像防汛的‘眼睛’和‘耳朵’，一点都马虎不得。”区水务局相关负责人介绍道。

区水务局相关负责人表示：“当前各项备汛工作已进入备战状态。我们将持续密切关注天气变化，确保每一个环节都有人抓、有人管、落到实处。全局上下将以‘时时放心不下’的责任感，全力以赴筑牢防汛安全堤坝，尽全力确保安全度汛。”
